Terraced town house. c.1760-70. Red brick, slate roof. Four storeys, basement and
later dormered attic in mansard. Stone plat band to first floor, stone bracketed
cornice at third floor level and parapet with coping. Four windows wide, revealed
original glazing bar sashes under flat gauged brick arches. C19 stone Doric portico to
left; square headed doorway with fanlight and panelled door. Wrought iron area
railings and early C19 cast iron balcony to first floor.
