windows wide. Rusticated ground floor and quoins. Arched central entrance
flanked by paired Doric columns (reinstated). C20 door. Square headed windows,
pedimented to first floor. Sashes; glazing bars. Rich modillion cornice,
parapet. Interior not inspected. Cast iron railings. Integral part of
Belgrave Square development.
