Terrace house. Originally of c.1725, largely rebuilt 1818 and facade remodelled c.1865
by Thomas Cundy II. Stock brick with drafted stucco to ground floor, slate roof. Four
storeys, basement and pedimented dormer to mansard attic. Three windows wide. Ionic
columned porch to left. Revealed unbarred sash windows in moulded architraves with
bracketed sills, the first floor windows extended down to balustraded stucco balconies,
one over porch. Heavy cornice and blocking course. Spearhead area railings with urn
capped stanchions probably C18. Rear has early C19 east iron balconettes. Interior
retains early C18 closet wing plan and probably fabric, otherwise remodelled in 1897
with restained neo Lous XVI decoration to ground and first floor reception rooms.
