Detached villa. Circa 1840. Stucco. Slate steeply pitched roof to parapet.
2 storeys, attic and basement. Tudor/"Gothick" style. 2 bays, left hand bay
advanced with gable containing painted lancet window, and ground floor with
crenellated square sided bay window. Right hand bay with gabled 4-centred entrance.
Panelled door. Square headed windows. 2 and 3-light casements, timber mullions
and transoms; dripmoulds to first floor. Moulded copings to gable and parapet.
