Channelling to ground floor. Unfluted Doric projecting porches. Various panelled doors. Continuous balustraded balcony to first floor. Square headed architraved windows, pedimented to first floor; corniced to second floor. Sashes, glazing bars, French casements to first floor. Modillion cornice above third floor. Parapet. Cast iron spearhead area railings.
