End of terrace and return composition. c.1845, probably by G. Ledwell
Taylor. Stucco and brick, slate roof. 4 storeys, basement and attic return
elevation to No 37 Hyde Park Square (q.v.). 2 windows wide. Fluted Greek
Doric porch to right. Recessed flat arched sashes and blind windows. Plat
bands and cornice returned from Hyde Park Square. Area railings. Single
storey stucco screen wall extending southwards with crowning stucco
balustrade. Park of the Tyburnia development of the Bishop of London's
Estate to plan by George Gutch.
