Terrace of houses, with original shops to Nos. 65 to 79. c.1820. Stock
brick with wooden shop fronts; No. 81 with stuccoed ground floor and No.
83 painted; concealed slate roofs. 4 storeys. 2-window wide fronts,
No. 83 with 2 extra blind bays and 2-window wide return to Seymour Place.
The continuous row of shop fronts have panelled and glazed doors with
rectangular fanlights and slightly projecting display bays with glazing
bars on their mullions, all under continuous entablature-fascia. Nos. 81
and 83 have semicircular arched doorways with fanlights, that of No. 83
retaining radial glazing pattern. Recessed sashes under flat gauged
arches to upper floors. Continuous parapet with coping. Altered shop
front to return of No. 83 to Seymour Place.
