Late C15. 2-storeys, gabled. Exposed timber framing, concrete panels. Front
overhangs ground floor 1st floor has restored window with vertical oak bars,
leaded lights behind. Ground floor has wide fixed light display window and small
window to left hand. Old tile roof with slope continued down on south side over
later facsimile extension. Brick plinth. Removed from an adjacent site at Cheam
Cross Roads and repaired and moved here circa 1920-1939.
