C17 probably. Later became gardener's cottage to Camden House [see Brandries
Hill House Sale Catalogue of 1882]. 2 storeys. 3 window bays. Plain tile roof
with hip to north end; external stack at right hand end. Roughcast front. Casement
windows, some with leaded panes and old catches. On 1st floor, 2 2-light and
one 3-light window. On ground floor, from north to south end, 3-light window,
2-light window, ledged door in frame with flat hood on brackets, 3-light window
at right hand end. Chamfered beam in south ground floor room. Cellar of flint
and clunch. Roof not inspected. External chimney at north end of east front.
