C18. 2 storeys. 2 parallel ranges, rear range lower. No.3 comprises altered
wing of same build as No 5; C19 refacing in yellow brick. Old tile roof partly
recovered in corrugated asbestos cement. Parapet. 1 window bay, sash window
in reveal with glazing bars; lower window in slightly segmental head. No 5 with
red brick front. 3 sash windows with centre one round-headed with stone keystone
and archivolts. Ground floor has 2 small canted sashed bays. Central simple
'Adam' style doorcase, the pilasters with husk pendants, fluted and roundel frieze,
dentilled cornice and pediment. Round headed doorway with ornamental spandrels,
6-panel door, plain fanlight. Brick dentil cornice; parapet. Old tile roof.
