Low wide 2-storey range possibly of C17 date but later refronted. Slate roof
with wavy ridge, hipped at right hand end.
No 20: stuccoed with quoins. To right hand, splayed bay window on both floors;
to left hand, square-headed doorway, stuccoed, with pilasters and entablature.
Half-glazed door in reveals with upper panels long and rounded. To left hand,
No 22 of painted brick. 2 2-light wood casements above; to right hand below,
a modern vehicular entry.
No 24: stuccoed. 2 2-light casements with small panes above. On ground floor,
splayed shop window [with panes broken as result of road accident] and glazed
door to right hand.

Nos 2 to 12 (even), Nos 18, 20, 22 and 24 form a group with Nos 3 to 11 (odd)
and No 15 West Street, with the Water Pavilion to Carshalton House, with the
boundary wall to Carshalton House in West Street and with The Old Rectory,
Festival Walk.
