Early C19. Stock brick (patched) with parapet, slate mansard roofs. Two storeys and attic dormers. Two windows each, those of first floor in round arches. Doors with stucco panelled pilasters, cornice hoods and entablature. Iron area railings with finials.

Nos 35 to 49 (consec) form a group with Nos 2 to 44 (even) and Nos 1 to 27 (odd) Campbell Road and with Nos 1 to 25 (consec) Tomlins Grove.
