Circa 1800, but may have older core. Three-storeys and basement, three windows.
Stock brick with stone-coped parapet and slated roof with end chimneys. Gauged
flat brick arches to sash windows with glazing bars in near-flush box frames.
Three bay left return has entrance up five steps to half glazed door, with classical
surround including pilasters with feathery capitals, cornice and patterned radial
fanlight, in stucco lined reveal under round gauged brick arch with key and impost
blocks; above this an elliptical headed window in moulded wood architrave with
keystone to gauged brick arch, and a lunette with radial glazing over. Graceful
curved handrail to steps.
