Substantial early C19 building of four storeys, four windows. Stock brick with
moulded stucco band below parapet, cornice at third floor level. Gauged flat
brick arches to recessed sash windows with glazing bars (some replaced) in round
arched recesses on first floor and with full width patterned cast iron balcony.
On ground floor, contemporary shop front with side entrance and pilasters, two
shop windows and central doorway flanked by Ionic columns.
