1866, by F Jameson (?) Portland stone building of 4 storeys. 4 windows. Byzantine style with some carved decoration and mouldings. Shafts of polished pink granite to ground storey arcade. 2-light windows to 2nd and 3rd storeys. Corbelled cornice. Iron, grilles to basement windows. Plain rear of yellow brick with round arched windows and parapet to roof.
