3/43 Hayes Farmhouse

II

House. Circa 1780; coursed limestone rubble with brick
dressings, hipped slate roof, 2 brick wall stacks. 2 storey 3
bay front with brick plinth course, quoins and plain eaves band.
Off centre 6 panelled door with traceried overlight, flanked by
single glazing bar sashes with to 1st floor 3 similar windows.
All openings have brick reveals and cambered heads with rubbed
brick splayed lintels. The left side front is of 3 bays with a
central glazing bar door with Gothick overlight, 2 single glazing
bar sashes to each floor and a blocked central opening over the
door.
