Warehouse. c. 1825. Brown brick having hipped slate roof. 3
storey 5 bay front with lower battered quay wall to new River
Ancholme; dentillated eaves course. Central plain door flanked
by pairs of small timber shuttered openings to ground and 1st
floors. 2nd floor has smaller central doorway flanked by pairs
of similar openings. All openings have segmental brick heads.
Above the topmost doorway is a pulley beam.
