Offices with workshop attached. Early C19. Brick with stone dressings,
stuccoed and slated workshop. 3 storeys and 3 bays. Top pediment. Ground
floor has entrance to right with moulded round head on consoles; blocked-up
entrance on left with inserted entrance to its left. Windows with sills
and lintels with cambered tops and channelled margin. All windows sashed,
those to 1st and 2nd floors with glazing bars. Workshop attached at east.
Single storey. 3 sashes with glazing bars. Inserted C20 openings at
east. 5 blank upper openings. Boarded doors at upper level at east.
3 bay return to Roe alley a C20 rebuilding.
