Bronze board beams inscription "WOOLTON/VILLE CROSS/CRUX POTESTAS/DEI", and to rear: HANC CRUCEM ANTIQUAM/TEMPORIS CURSU DILAPIDATAM/ARTHURIS. S. MATHER/RESTAURAVIT MCM XIII". 6 granite bollards. Part of complete street group on what was once the main village street.
