Former house, now shop. c.1700, altered C19 and C20. Rough cast render on brick, pantile roof, raised coped gable, single gable stack. Single storey plus attics, four bay front. Half glazed door with to right a small rectangular bay shop window with fascia and cornice. To left a C19 canted bay window and a C20 oriel window. In the roof are two flat topped dormers with sliding glazing bar sashes, lead roofs and cheeks. Catslide rear outshot. Chamfered beam inside.
