Dated 1759 E Hawksmore in plaque to side. 3 storeys in red brick with lighter
brick headers. 5 windows with plain reveals and keystones, hung sashes with
glazing bars. 4 windows to ground floor. Brick bands between storeys. Stone
plinth. Carved modillioned cornice and stone coped parapet. Central doorway
dated 1870 with rusticated stone pilasters and pedimented surround. Similar
door to side elevation.

Friends' Meeting House and County Court Buildings form a group.
