Formerly the stables of Dovecot Hall (which is now demolished). Early C19. Extended and converted from two cottages to seven apartments in the early C21. Stucco with slate roof. 2 storeys. 8 bays; central 2 bays break forward under pediment. 1st floor sill band; top cornice and parapet. Windows have 4- centred heads, moulded surrounds and impost blocks and are sashed with glazing bars, and tympana with intersecting tracery. 2nd and 7th bays have entrances similar to windows,that to 2nd bay lacks tympanum (1984). Central 2 bays have garage doors and glazed lean-to canopy on 2 iron columns. 3rd bays garage entrance. 1st, 3rd and 8th bays formerly had 1st floor blind windows in imitation sashes. Pediment has clock face (centre missing 1984). Right return to street has cornice and parapet hiding the gable, a C20 door and window above it.
