Terrace of nine houses. Mid C19. Brick with stone dressings, slate roof. Two storeys, one bay to each house. Fascia boards. Windows have wedge lintels, half are sashed with glazing bars. Paired entrances have common lintel, C20 doors have overlights. Brick stacks. Nos. 12, 16 and 19 have casements; No. 12 has 4-panel door. End bay forms return to Bridge Road, two bays, pebble-dashed with inserted shop front. A good example of C19 workers' housing on pedestrian street with central gutter.
