II
Farmhouse. c.1800 with C19 alterations and additions. Red brick
in English garden wall bond of 3, with plain stucco dressings.
Pantile roof with brick coped partly tumbled gables and 2 gable
stacks. T-plan, the rear range is a C19 addition. 2 storey, 3
bay front. Slightly off-centre 6 panelled door flanked by single
wide plain sashes. To first floor are 2 similar windows and a
narrower central window in an original wider opening. All
openings have splayed lined stucco lintels. The farm may have
been built following the enclosure of Anderby Parish in 1807.
