Formerly house and barn, now house, cottage and farm buildings.
Mid C18, with C19 alterations. Coursed squared limestone rubble,
ashlar quoins and dressings, slate and pantile roofs having
raised stone coped gables, 2 yellow brick gable and single ridge
stack with 2 red brick ridge stacks. 2 storey with attics, 5 bay
front having off-centre half glazed door flanked by single C19
canted bay windows with plain sashes with, to the left, a single
and a 2 light window, all plain sashes. To first floor are 4
margin light sashes. In the roof, 2 gabled dormers, margin light
sashes, leaded cheeks. To left a contiguous range of farm
buildings, with pantile roof, now partly converted to a cottage,
comprising 2 storey, 11 bay front having C20 planked double doors
with to right an opening, 3 light C20 window and door, to left a
further planked door and 6 windows all with yellow brick
segmental heads. To first floor 2 planked openings, a glazing
bar sash and C20 through eaves dormer.
