Cottage. C17, remodelled late C19. Originally timber frame, now
with coursed squared limestone rubble, decorative tile hanging,
pantile roof, crested ridge tiles, single ridge and gable brick
stacks, the gable one has an ashlar base. Single storey with
attics, 4 bay front having off-centre panelled door with hipped
tiled hood over. To left a single and to right 2, three-light
glazing bar casements. The wall has a stone base and behind the
upper tile hanging is preserved evidence of a timber frame. In
the roof at eaves level are 3 gabled dormers with 2 light C20
casements and rendered cheeks.
