The 3rd sentence of the description shall be amended to read: Coursed limestone rubble,
partly banded, ashlar quoins and dressings, Collyweston, blue slate and concrete tile roofs,
having single axial ridge stack with stone base and twin yellow brick shafts, and single red
brick gable stack.

Farmhouse. C17 with late C18 addition, C19 and C20 alteration.
Coursed limestone rubble, partly banded, ashlar quoins and
dressings, Collyweston slate roof, having single axial ridge
stack with stone base and twin yellow brick shafts, and single
red brick gable stack. L-plan. 2 storey with garret, 4 bay
front,the right hand bay is added and gabled. Off-centre C20 6
panel door with to left 2 three light and a single 2 light plain
casements. To first floor are 3 similar 2 light windows, those
to left with timber lintels. In the gable is a further 2 light
window, the right hand openings have ashlar lintels with
keystones.
