Former school house, now cottage. 1858. Squared coursed
limestone rubble with ashlar quoins and dressings. Collyweston
slate roof with stone coped gables and kneelers, crested ridge
tiles, single ridge and ashlar stack with paired shafts and
moulded cornice. Lobby entry plan. Single storey, 3 bay front
having central planked door with Gothick furniture set in
chamfered Tudor arched surround flanked by single 2 light
casements set in mullioned and chamfered stone surrounds. To the
left gable a similar window and above a recessed square panel
recording the erection of the building in 1858.
