hero Peter Pan, astride a fallen tree-stump teeming with fairies and small animals.
A copy of the Monument in Kensington Gardens presented anonymously to the London
public in 1912, which is one of the best-known and best-loved examples of the "New
Sculpture" (current from the late Victorian period to the First World War).
