Former rectory, now house. C18. Extensively altered in 1804 to
plans prepared by William Lumby in 1789, and refronted in 1888.
Coursed limestone rubble with ashlar quoins and dressings, ashlar
front, slate roof with stone coped gables and kneelers. 2 partly
external gable ashlar stacks with paired shafts and moulded tops,
2 rear gable stacks. Parallel ranges to rear. 2 storey with
attic, 3 bay front, the centre bay advanced and separately gabled
with plinth and first floor band. Central half glazed door,
covered by steeply gabled Elizabethan style porch having semi-
circular headed outer doorway in rectangular moulded surround
with moulded lozenge light over, flanked by single glazing bar
casements with timber cross mullions. To first floor 3 similar
windows. In the gable over a single casement window. To the
sides and rear are c.1804 glazing bar sashes in plain stone
architraves with raised keyblocks.
