(Included side elevation of No 35 St Martin's qv).
Early C17. 2 storeys and attics in coursed rubble with stone dressings. Stone
slate roof with 4 hipped dormers. Wood eaves cornice. 5 windows, of which No
1 has the centre 3, triple keystones. Band continues heads. Double-hung sashes
with glazing bars in plain reveals, On the ground floor, the right hand window
has no keystone and the window to the left of the door to No 1 has lost its keystone
and is not a sash, but has one opening casement light. No 1 has a rectangular-headed
6-panel door under a rectangular fanlight with thick glazing bars to its 4 panes,
of which one is bottle glass, Interior:- one downstairs room retains its early
C18 panelling. Included solely as part of an unusual group with Nos 7-13 (consec).
