House. Circa 1800. Brick with low pitched Welsh slate roof. 3-storeyed, 3
bays with door in flat porch projection with parapet, to the left. Outer
12-light sashes to ground and first floor flank central blind windows. In the
attic storey are 6-light sashes and central blind window. All have flat arched
gauged brick heads. Single-storeyed flat parapet roof to projection to right
with floor length 6-light sash window and moulded string course to parapet.
Wide overhanging eaves. Central stack. Wall encloses garden on 3 sides: to
the north east and the south east it is brick with buttresses and rounded brick
coping. Simple Gothick summer house in angle. South west range is of mud:
circa 8' tall on brick plinth with Welsh slate copings.
