7/79 Pair of Gate-piers
about 40m ssw of
Church of St Thomas

Pair of gate-piers. C18. Red brick, the later render is falling
off in places. Square on the plan carriageway piers now giving
access to field. Moulded stone caps and ball finial; the east
(right hand) pier's cap has been partly rebuilt in cement and its
ball finial is missing. Later flaking quadrant walls and C20
wooden gate.
