Mid C19. 3 storeys and attics stuccoed. Slate roof with dormers. 8 windows
in all, the 3 to the left set in a slightly projecting portion. Parapet. Stringcourse
above 2nd floor and above ground floor. The ground floor is rusticated and has
a modillion eaves cornice. The 2nd floor windows have moulded architraves, the
1st floor windows have moulded architraves and cornices and the ground floor
has 4 round-headed windows. One doorcase has a cornice, 2 coupled engaged Corinthian
columns, keystone and round-headed fanlight. The door to the right of this has
a moulded architrave and curved pediment containing oval window, The left side
elevation to West Cliff Gardens has 3 windows and a dooroase with pediment, pilasters,
keystone, rectangular fanlight and 6 panel double door.
