Farmhouse. Early C19. Rendered over rubble, slate roof, overhanging eaves, yellow brick stacks gable ends. Plan: main
block with lower independently roofed block to left. 2 storeys, 4 bays, 16-pane sash windcws, end bay left unlit,
entrance second bay right, semi-circular headed opening, fanlight, C20 glazed door. Right return small stair case
window only, left attached wing. Interior not seen.
