rubble visible on rear elevation and on service wing with brick dressings, slate roof, plain tile lower independently
roofed wing, brick stacks rising from below gable ends (height of earlier cob farmhouse core) and centre of service
wing. Plan: set gable end onto road, 2 cell with wide through passage, lateral corridor, enlarged outshot and service

casement right under brick relieving arch, other window opening bricked up, 3 and 4-light C19 and C20 casements ground
floor, entrance between first and second bays left, 6-panelled door. Small unglazed 2-light stair light discovered
ground floor left when plaster removed and during renewal, plastered over. Long rear elevation backing on to road,
unlit except outshot, first floor two early C19 3-light leaded iron casements under segmental relieving arches, ground
