House. Early C19. Pink brick, Flemish bond, rubble plinth, moulded cornice and keystones to all window openings,
Bridgwater patent tiles on main block, pantiles at rear, coped verges, brick stack gable ends. Double pile. Two storeys
over basement, 3 bays; 12-pane sash windows, basement window right boarded up, central entrance reached by lateral
brick stairway with 8 stone steps, chamfered saddleback coping, squat square piers and small window opening all
obscured by ivy at time of survey (November 1984), 6-panel raised and fielded door with original door furniture and
pedimented doorcase with console brackets. Right return blocked attic light, 3 randomly inserted ground floor window
openings towards rear with damaged early C19 leaded iron casement set below eaves at rear; small oriel window on
unprepossessing left return, garden front.
