Bridge over ramains of Grand Western Canal. 1832 by James Green. Squared and coursed local rubble stone; red sandstone,saddle back coping partly cemented over. Single arch span. Dressed voussoirs to elliptical headed arch, curved abutments ending in square pilasters, string course above. The canal closed in l867. This is the best rubble bridge that remains over the canal.
