GV II

House. 1799, remodelled circa 1840. Render with pebbles, quoins, shallow pitched
hipped Welsh slate roof, brick stacks. 3 storeys, 3 bays; sashes with glazing
bars tripartite in outer bays, rusticated surrounds, ground floor 12 light
mullioned and transomed splayed bay windows, small wooden panes in upper lights,
flanking glazed Tuscan porch with diamond pattern frieze, leaded fanlight, 4
panel double door approached by steps; glazed inner door, panelled reveals. 2
storey, single bay extension to right, hipped slate roof, sashes with glazing
bars mid C19. Left return elevation, 1:1 bays, tripartite windows left and
splayed bays similar to facade first and second floor right.
