House, now divided. Mid C19 possibly incorporating earlier structure. Main
elevation entirely hung with West Somerset slates; left return elevation random
rubble masonry, rough cast on right return elevation. Gabled roof with Welsh
slates on No 7, and Bridgwater Patents on No 9. Looking at the 3 gabled facade,
the left-hand gable is No 7 and the 2 right-hand ones the L-shaped block of No
9. 2 storeys, 2:2:2 bays, No 7 irregularly placed windows, C20 casements and
door, C19 wooden casements right ground floor, sashes with glazing bars above
and glazed door with sidelights to left of centre. Gables of casement windows on
the 1st floor right-hand return elevation break through eaves. Gabled porch in
the angle to the right-hand return elevation with C19 carved bosses. Interior:
Late C19 panelling, front room to right with over mantle possibly including some
C17 woodwork.
