Lodge to Brightwell Park, now house. c.1790, extended C20. Limestone ashlar;
gabled Welsh slate roof; brick ridge stack. 2-unit plan. Late Georgian style.
One storey; symmetrical 2-window range. Gabled central porch with 6-panelled
door set in keyed round-arched doorway. Stone lintels over C20 two-light
casements. Moulded cornice continued as entablature of left gable pediment. C20
extensions to right and rear. Interior not inspected. Subsidiary features: short
ashlar wall attached to gatepier with pyramidal top to left
