Chest tomb to Button family in All Hallows Churchyard

Chest tomb. c.1795 with later inscriptions. Stone. Rectangular. Torus and
cavetto moulding to plinth. 2 rectangular panels to each side flanked with
cabled fluting. Single panel to each end flanked by cabled fluting. Flat top.
Panels painted black, with inscriptions in gold. Panel facing street inscribed
"In memory of Edward Button who died in his Mayorality for this Borough, August
7th 1795 Aged 63(?) years". Later inscriptions to other members of Button family
on other panels.
