Hardwick Stud Farmhouse

Farmhouse. C17 with C19 alterations and extension. Flint with brick and rendered
dressings; plain tile roof; brick stacks. 2-storey, 5-window range. Plank door
to left of centre with C19 rendered porch with 4-centred arch and cross gable.
3-light wooden mullioned and transomed windows to ground floor, except 2-light
casement to right. Wooden cross-windows to first floor except single casement
over porch and 2-light casement to right. Most window openings have C17 brick
dressings with C19 render on top. Cross-gable to centre and left with brick
coping. C19 ridge stacks with diagonal shafts. Outshut to rear with some timber
framing visible. Interior not inspected. C19 wing to right with C20
fenestration.
