House. c.1700; mid C18 bays added to sides. Flemish bond red brick: mid C18 English bond brick to extensions. Gabled Welsh slate roof; brick ridge stacks, originally end stacks of c.1700 house. Originally three-unit plan. Two storeys; Seven-window range. Gauged brick flat arches with raised flush keys over late C19 four-panelled (two glazed) door, and mid C19 horned sashes; segmental arches over horned six-pane sashes. Further mid C18 bays have segmental and flat arches over two six-pane sashes, two mid C19 horned sashes and one one-light casement. Mid/late C19 rear range. Mid C18 one-storey range to left, of English bond brick over chalk and flint rubble with brick band and dressings; hipped old tile roof; brick ridge stack; two plank doors and mid/late C19 casements to rear.

Interior: timber-framed partitions. Chamfered bressumer over open fireplace and chamfered roll-stopped bressumer to right. Central hall has chamfered beam, mid C18 fireplace and spice cupboard, and unusual early C19 winder stairs, with Gothick spandrel, rising to landing with turned balusters. Roof not inspected but likely to be of interest.
