Town house. Late C18. Flemish bond brick with flared headers; gabled old tile
roof; brick symmetrical end stacks. Double-depth plan. 3 storeys; 3-window
range. Concrete lintel over mid C19 four-panelled door with overlight and C20
tripartite sash to left. Gauged brick flat arches over mid C19 horned sash to
right, and late C18 eight-pane sashes flanking blind windows above. Gauged brick
flat arches over sashes to rear. Interior not inspected. Included for group
value.
