Shop and house, now house. Early C19 with late C19 addition at rear. Coursed and coursed and squared rubble, hipped
double-span slate roof, brick stacks. Two storeys, 2 bays, virtually flush-mounted 12 and 16-pane sash windows, exposed
sash boxes, that to left of ground floor with 3 horizontal bars to lower half; 28-pane single-storey canted box on
right of ground floor, brick base, cornice, lead capping. Central door opening, 6-panelled door. Lean-to to each
return to right with conforming 16-pane sash window and large C20 box dormer; to left with 2-light wooden-mullioned
window, stanchion bars, wooden shutters, corrugated-iron roof.
