Farmhouse and attached barn. Late C18. Roughcast scribed as ashlar, chamfered quoins, coped verge to left, wide eaves,
double Roman concrete tile roof with a bellcast, 2 brick ridge stacks. Symmetrical frontage. Two storeys, 3 bays,
12-pane sash windows, prominent stepped voussoirs. Central door opening in a semi-circular headed stone surround,
6-panelled door, blocked fanlight, open pediment on a pair of pilasters. Contiguous outshut to right, coped verge,
brick ridge stack, no window openings. Attached 2 storey barn to left, rendered, hipped slate roof, single hay-loft
door to first floor, broad paired plank doors with upper portion glazed to ground floor; also a 3-light C20
casement.
