3/12 Rexworthy Farmhouse

Farmhouse and attached outbuildings; enclosed on 3 sides by a wet moat which is traversed by 2 footbridges.
Predominantly C19 exterior features though site medieval; C20 work. Roughly U-plan. Colourwashed rubble and brick,
hipped and gabled slate roofs, brick stacks. Two storeys, irregular fenestration; garden front with 2-light casements,
half-glazed panelled door, panelled reveals and fluted surround, porch with 'tent" canopy hood on slender wooden piers.
Two narrow brick and rubble footbridges, one with iron railings and gate, urn finials. Interior with exposed ceiling
beams.
