Chest tomb. C17 Dressed lias and Ham stone. Classic oblong chest on a moulded plinth; (plinth buried at time of
re-survey, August 1984); chest with elaborate scroll decoration to east and west ends; that to east end surrounding a
clover-roof cross, that to west end a blank oval panel; south side with fluted end pilasters, north side with end
pilasters with cherubic heads in relief; a lias panel inset between each pair of pilasters, that to north with the
remains of an inscription. Hipped slab top cavetto moulded around its lower edge.
