Mill and miller's house. C18. Random rubble, dressed quoins, coped verges, 2 to mill with ball finials; plain tile,
pantile and double-Roman tile roofs, some stone tiles to rear of miller's house, brick stacks. Mill to left, millers
house stepped back to right connected by an outbuilding. Miller's house with mansard roof, 2 storeys and attic, 3 bays,
sash windows in dressed stone surrounds, that to centre of first floor with a semi-circular head. Central door opening
in a dressed stone surround, glazed and panelled door, stone hood on stone brackets. Mill on 3 storeys, 2 and 3-light
stone-mullioned windows, 2 to ground floor with one light blocked. Broad segmental head door opening in dressed stone
surround, paired plank doors. Loading-bay door in dressed stone surround to first floor, dropped key, divided plank
door. Leat to rear of dill. Mill machinery intact and said to be in working order (August 1985).
